Natural Fayre gave a presentation to their local ING business breakfast club, last thursday morning.
The theme was “Simple Christmas Nibbles” also accompanied by some home made dips and sauces.
Vicki opened the talk with useful jars and tins of ingredients you should all keep in your store cupboard.
Cost saving ideas and simple dishes and table themes for Christmas were discussed.
Philip then used his homemade Crostini to use as a base for a selection of sauces and dips.
The sauces ranged from a simple Salsa to a Artichoke and Mint dip.
The range of sauces can be frozen and will keep in a fridge for several days.
Such was the level of interest shown by group members, that it was decided that a number of
” food workshops ” would be held in the New Year for members and friends to learn or perfect
their culinary skills!!
