Application for membership
Application must be made on the official Membership Application form. The Dining Club reserves the right to refuse any application for membership without explanation.
Termination of membership
The Dining Club reserves the right to terminate membership by giving seven days notice and to refuse any participation by that member in any event arranged prior to termination.
Payments
Full payment is due at the time of booking of the event.
Cancellations
Once you have booked your event we will have reserved your place.Payments received will not be refunded if you are forced to cancel the event. In the event of the Dining Club having to cancel an event, full repayment will be refunded to you.
What is included?
Unless otherwise specified, the cost of each event includes, lunch or dinner as specified on the ticket, drinks are not included in the price.
Smoking
There is a no smoking policy in all UK restaurants.

Just click onto our website, look at the diary of events , choose the event and follow instructions to pay.
Changes and cancellations by the Dining Club
Occasionally , we have to make changes to and correct errors in the diary and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed and even cancel confirmed bookings. Where possible, we will always try to avoid changes and cancellations, we must reserve the right to do so.
Where we have to make a significant change or cancel, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of accepting any alternative arrangements made by us (which may require you to pay any price difference or require us to refund you for the price difference if the alternative event is cheaper) or canceling, in which case you will receive a full refund of all monies you have paid to us.
Where we are forced to make a change or cancel as a result of unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which we could not have avoided, The Dining Club accepts no liability whatsoever for non-availability of places or cancellations, other than the return of any payment fee that has been paid.
Disclaimer
Natural Fayre will not be responsible for the quality of food or service or any disputes or disagreement with any restaurant however these may arise. Any such dispute must be settled direct with the restaurant in question. Natural Fayre will not be liable for any claims or disputes which may arise from your visit to the restaurant and so if applicable these should be diverted to the restaurant.
Publicity
The Club may use photographs of members a events for publicity purposes from time to time. If you object to this you must make it clear to us at each event you attend.
